Song-structured live looper for iPad

LoopSong is a song-structured live looper for iPad.

Getting started

1. Allow microphone access when asked. LoopSong records from the microphone or any connected audio interface.
2. Tap Record on a track, play, and tap again to close the loop. The first loop sets the tempo.
3. Tap Record on other tracks to layer. Later loops snap to whole bars of the first.
4. Tap a part name (Verse, Chorus) to switch song parts on the next bar. Add parts with the + button.
5. Mark a track Global in its settings to have it play through every part. Mark it One-shot to make a fill.

Audio interfaces and modelers

Connect a class-compliant USB interface or modeler before launching. Each input appears as a channel; assign channels to tracks in track settings. Use Calibrate to measure round-trip latency for a new interface.

MIDI control

Open the MIDI panel and tap Learn next to any action, then press the control on your footswitch or controller. Bluetooth MIDI devices pair from the same panel.
